Day 2

Day 2 went really well, not as good as day 1, but still good!

I stayed just about within my calorie range (I think I was -18 calories which is wayyy better than I was doing before). I didn't go for a walk so I am sure that was part of it.

Day 3 has started off really good as I have already gone for a walk today! I also got a FITBIT in hopes that will help me stay on track. :)
